Over 5 days, 16 entrepreneurs will join together to discover the best version of themselves.
Every year, the Wolves & Warriors dedicate 4 weeks to focusing on a unique combination of physical and mental challenges as training, to develop an unforgettable and lasting improvement of their entrepreneurial skills in both their everyday lives and work roles.
The days of the seminar programme are divided into 3 distinct slots:
MORNINGS: inspirational sessions based on the morals of a warrior, set in conference rooms or the auditorium.
AFTERNOONS: action and adventure activities in our spectacular natural Spanish surroundings.
EVENINGS: meals as a group in different restaurants, promoting friendship and unity between the 16 candidates.
Our contribution
All logistics, including conference rooms, auditorium, accommodation, main meals and picnics.
All outdoor activities such as team building, kayaking, coasteering, hikes, canyoning and others on request for the afternoon sessions. These are adapted to the focus and objectives of Kurt Goossens during his seminars.

Warriors QUEENS - Seminars y Coaching
Over 5 days, 16 businesswomen will join together to discover the best version of themselves.
Weeks are dedicated every year to the Warrior Queens in a programme designed specifically for businesswomen.
This is a unique combination of seminars and adventure, with the objective of acquiring new skills in order to achieve greater peace, clarity and satisfaction both in every day life and the work place.
The Warrior Queen sessions are aimed at strengthening the candidates by propelling, exciting energizing and feeding their leadership qualities.
The days of the seminar programme are divided into 3 distinct slots:
MORNINGS: inspirational and interactive workshops on all aspects of the business, including not just leadership, but love and happiness, set in the conference rooms or auditorium.
AFTERNOONS: action and adventure, sensuality and reflection, with unique experiences in our spectacular natural Spanish surroundings.
EVENINGS: the candidates join together to enjoy Spanish cuisine, laughing and reflecting on the day's experiences.

INSIGHT TV REALITY SHOW "THRU 2"
Production of international television channel, InSight TV, Thru 2 is an emotional series of reality TV shows.
Focusing on 2 teams of contestants, the candidates follow a precise direct line from point A to point B, overcoming natural and artificial obstacles.
This programme is aired 'on demand' to more than 60 countries and in over 175 million households.
From the end of February and over 5 weeks, we received a team of 50 technical crew members, together with the 20 contestants, in La Herradura.
The production team filmed the first of 8 episodes of season 2 in La Herradura, with the subsequent episodes filmed in Salobreña, Motril, Alhama de Granada, Nerja and Malaga. With the constant support 24/7 of Activ8you, the filming was a real success, without any major delays.

Our contribution
In January 2018, we held several conversations and intense negotiations in The Netherlands with the international television channel, InSight TV.
Although the organization originally planned filming in Morocco, under a tight deadline to start within under 6 weeks, we convinced them to change their location to the Costa Tropical, instead.
Activ8You were responsible for all the logistics, local HR, including meeting and conference rooms, accommodation, meals, transport and materials during the entire period of filming.
The outdoor photography experience
Held over 5 days, this is a unique combination of holiday, outdoor sports and a professional photography course run by world renown Dutch photographer Martin Hogeboom, ambassador of the Fuji X-Cameras.
During this action-packed week, the participants learn new skills and enjoy some truly emotional activities, along mountain peaks, within beautiful bays, natural reserves and caves.
In these action-packed adventure-filled days, they will receive instruction (amongst many other lessons) on how to add the 'WOW' factor to their photos.
The organization of this course is a joint venture between Activ8You and audiovisual production company 'Costamundo'.
Our contribution
All the logistics, including HR, materials, work rooms, accommodation, meals, picnics and ancillaries.
All outdoor activities are adapted and centred on photography, for example mountain biking, horse riding, kayaking, coasteering, hiking, water skiing, Flamenco workshops, visits to natural caves, white villages, just to mention a few of the many excursions planned.

Our guides, monitors, leaders and collaborators are hand-picked with the intention of having the best in the zone at your disposal. All of us are committed to the high demands and expectations of our organization. For any event or activity that Activ8you organizes for you, whether it's a wine tasting, or an excursion, a sporting tournament on the beach, perhaps even a company event, you can rest assured that every detail will be carefully supervised and managed by our team. Each member has been chosen for their positive attitude, common sense, skill set and their experience with active vacations on the Mediterranean.
All our monitors and instructors have the necessary qualifications and certificates to ensure that they are well prepared for every activity they undertake. And the great thing is that they are keen to pursue ongoing professional development in their fields of expertise. The majority of the team are bilingual (Spanish and English) and some are also adept at additional languages.
OUR COMPANY
Since we first started our company, Activ8you, we have been committed to sustainable active tourism. We have always retained a simple philosophy - look after our clients and provide our groups with the level of service that we would want to receive ourselves.
Activ8you is a family business with over 10 years' worth of experience organizing activities from amazing events through to group trips. During this time, what has remained intact is our relationship with La Herradura, located right on the Mediterranean (Spain's southern coastline) and with easy international access. Our roots began with the local community, specifically in education, including both sport classes and personal development.
We organize programmes of events and activities for individuals and groups. We are internationally focused: our directors and most of our team of providers, come from different European countries and we are fluent in a variety of languages including Spanish, English, French, German, Dutch, Swedish and others. We work together with local hotels and support group organizers with their logistics, including travel plans, lodgings and meals.
Above all, however, we assist and support our client activities throughout the year with passion, knowledge and experience, together with our team and additional collaborators, in an incredible location that offers such a high quality of life.

OUR SURROUNDINGS
This authentic Andalusian village offers modern facilities, in conjunction with traditional Mediterranean culture. When you reach the Costa Tropical via the A7 motorway on a short 50-minute trip from Malaga Airport (or indeed from other points of Spain), your face will light up with immense panoramic views of the stunning Mediterranean, cliffs and coves; this will be your first impression when you arrive at our unique and unspoilt village.
This is the real Spain, seductively tempting for those who are not looking for the over-development which characterizes some parts of coastal Spain. But at the same time, there are modern facilities available including low-rise hotels and independent lodgings, cozy bars with exquisite contemporary and traditional menus with a tropical touch, water sports in crystal clear waters, for leisure, as well as business meeting rooms.
ACTIVITIES, LOGISTICS AND SERVICES
PARTICIPATORY ACTIVITIES / TEAM-BUILDING
These activities are usually carried out during the first day of the stay, since it allows us to strengthen ties between all the participants and to get to know each other much better.
We design it to measure, depending on your conditions and needs. It will require the full involvement of all team members. The fact of having overcome the challenges together, will make you feel more united, also resulting in the rest of the stay being more lively, motivated, participative, fluid and thus contributing to making the entire event a great success.

NAUTICAL DAY / SPORTS ON THE BEACH
This is an activity for groups of +20 people, which combines activities at sea with sports on the beach.
The group is divided into smaller groups that take turns between the different activities we agree to do.
for example:
GROUP A: Departure by kayak and paddle surf.
GROUP B: A SUP-Polo match (two teams move over the water in paddle surfs and try to score a goal with a ball in two floating goals.
GROUP C: Slackline, Beach Volleyball, Softball or Badminton etc.
GROUP D: A physical test, in which the participants take turns to see who can go further by walking with a bag of gravel on the seabed.
OBS! These activities can be very well combined with "Team Sports" or "Environmental Activities".

All our and excursions and outdoor activities can be adapted to the level, age, duration and number of participants for groups and schools. In the zone we also have a large number of routes from which we can choose the ones that best fit the program and agenda of the event.

Activ8You has spent many years managing and running Sports Schools with multisports in the great municipal facilities, such as the Pavilion and Sports Stadium of La Herradura.

ENVIRONMENTAL
Outdoor environmental activities, such as: cleaning rocks and beaches, with or without kayaks. The objective of these activities is, in a fun way, to make participants aware of the need to take care of our natural environments. Some of the activities, such as talks and workshops, we organize together with non-profit environmental associations in the area.

BOAT CHARTER
With the capacity of up to 50 people in an exclusive group. This boat is ideal for a stroll along the coast of La Herradura. The ship has a bar service and the possibility of Catering. All rides include a stop for nautical activities such as swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding and donuts.

HEALTH AND RELAX

Many of our activities are related to water sports and mountain, so the specific instructors in these areas are certified as swim instructors and / or first aid and rescue instructors, licensed by the I.N.E.F. or T.A.F.A.D, and are always present during these water activities.

THE DAY CAMP - CLUB HERRADURA
WHAT WE DO
SUMMER:
Our camp is based on the "Montessori" educational system, in which the child (or parents) has the flexibility to choose (every day) the group of activities they want to attend during the day.
This allows the little ones to enjoy a camp that is adapted to their way of being, their likes and desires, with the themes and tasks that interest them the most.
We have a very varied and fun programme. The children will enjoy a wide range of experiences such as:

We also practice many of these activities during the Easter Camp, although due to weather conditions and the duration of just 5 days we make an optimal selection for this week.

THE YOUNGEST MEMBERS OF THE "CLUB CAMP"
The little ones can also choose amongst options adapted to their age. Just as we do with the older children, we take them to the different facilities, as well as the beach, but we're careful to keep things at their pace and pay particular attention to their needs.

HUMAN RESOURCES
We place great importance on safety. Many of our activities are related to swimming pools and the sea, so the specific monitors in these areas are certified as swim and / or lifeguard and first aid instructors, licensed by the I.N.E.F. or T.A.F.A.D, and are always present during water activities and sports.
Another important factor in safety is our very low average ratio of children per instructor. This in turn allows us to maintain high quality and a good environment for learning and fun. During the water sports the children always wear life jackets.
Each monitor has the support of an assistant who does NOT have the same level of responsibility as the monitor, but facilitates the planning and development of the classes, allowing the monitors to concentrate and dedicate themselves effectively to the whole group.
QUALITY AND SECURITY
This is one of the aspects most important to us, for this reason we keep the groups to reduced numbers. Each year our monitors repeat their First Aid courses and many of them are qualified Lifeguards too .
As we will be outside, we start at 9am when the sol is less intense and make the most of shade in the surrounding areas, under palm trees, the sports hall, and our sunshades.
